📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pontefract Automotive is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  2. Email us at pontefractautomotive.co.uk with your order number and any relevant information. We'll help however we can.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
