Tetrosyl Seam Sealer (BSS001) is a synthetic rubber-based, brush-on sealant engineered to provide long-lasting protection for vehicle body seams.

• Permanently Flexible – Maintains elasticity to accommodate joint movement without cracking.

• Non-Slumping – Adheres well to horizontal and vertical surfaces for neat, controlled application.

Directions for Use

1. Clean, dry, and degrease the surface before application.

2. Apply with a nylon-bristle brush in a smooth, even coat.

3. Do not apply more than two coats.

4. Allow to dry for approximately 2 hours at 20 °C.

5. Once fully cured, it can be overcoated with nitro-cellulose, acrylic, or synthetic paints.

Storage, Cleaning & Safety

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Clean brushes with an appropriate solvent such as gun wash before the product cures.

• Follow standard workshop safety practices—use gloves, eye protection, and work in a ventilated area.
